By accessing or using our website, subscriptions, or mobile messaging services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Use of Services

3. Mobile Text Messaging Program (SMS Terms)
By opting in to the DARK Group LLC DBA Premium Plus Sports text messaging program, you expressly agree to the following terms:
Program Description: DARK Group LLC DBA Premium Plus Sports sends two categories of text messages, and you consent to each separately:
– Customer Care (transactional / informational): trip and registration confirmations, itinerary and schedule updates, registration and payment deadlines, account and billing notifications, and responses to your customer service requests.
– Marketing (promotional): trip announcements, event offers, and promotional messages about our services.
Message Sender: All messages are sent by DARK Group LLC DBA Premium Plus Sports.
Autodialers: Messages may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system through our messaging platform provider, Salesmsg.
Consent: Opting in to text messages is voluntary. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any good or service from DARK Group LLC DBA Premium Plus Sports.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your active trips and preferences. Marketing messages will not exceed 5 messages per week.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates applied by your mobile carrier may apply to all incoming and outgoing text messages. We are not responsible for these fees.
How to Opt Out (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to our number to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming your removal, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed, dropped, or undelivered messages.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on premiumplus-sports.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of DARK Group LLC DBA Premium Plus Sports and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
